The company owner, Susan, said the inspiration for these stickers was a dear friend of hers who fought breast cancer for 15 years. Before passing away, the friend wanted to make a special scrapbook for her son on his 21st birthday. She also requested that if she didn't make it to see the 21st for her younger son, would Susan make a scrapbook for him. She died 5 months after making that first scrapbook. The time came for Susan to make a scrapbook for the youngest. When she got to the pages that were in memory of her friend, she wished there were special stickers for breast cancer and made her own. She kept thinking about the need for special stickers that could be used in scrapbooks and cards for women fighting breast cancer, people hoping for a cure. She talked with her artist and the end result was a series of stickers called "Celebrate Life."
