I Reached to the Sky
And Then Felt Around,
Hoping There Wasn’t
A Lump To Be Found,

I Checked It Once More
And Then I Felt Blessed,
But Now I Feel Stupid,
That Lump Was My Breast!

Scott is a talented freelance artist and teacher who knows firsthand about breast cancer. His mother-in-law has dealt with breast cancer twice, his wife has been found to carry the breast cancer gene and he fears what his young daughter may have to face in the years ahead. Scott says he has learned much from his mother-in-law from the strength and courage she exhibited throughout her fight. In Scott’s own words, “I have turned my creative energies toward the fight for a cure. I have been told by many women that humor is a magnificent weapon in the face of this deadly disease, so I took that and ran with it.” Through his line of breast cancer awareness merchandise, Scott not only hopes to raise awareness, but he also donates a portion of any income from sales of his breast cancer awareness items to breast cancer research.
