Included: There are 11 Pieces; a Pink Ribbon with a large assortment of words like "hope, life, survivor, family, joy", etc. in different sizes and font styles, a Heart with Wings, and caption stickers reading "faith, HOPE, family, ENJOY life, finding JOY in the journey." One of the largest stickers reads "I'm a SURVIVOR." The top part is a little tag with small gold chain and reads, "I'm a" and that's attached to the all-cap letters reading "SURVIVOR."
