When using as an id holder, the loop is formed by the joined bottom of our pink awareness ribbon which features a center heart.

Unhook the ribbon in front with the ez lobster claw clasps, attach the eyeglass loops and you now have a handy eyeglass holder.

The first few inches of each side of the necklace begins with a lobster claw clasp, then a 1 ½ inch chain section separated with a pink bead, chain, small enamel heart, chain and finally another pink bead.
